NPSL Real San Jose to Begin 3rd Season!

Preseason Training Begins March 3

Youth sign-ups start at 6:00pm!

"This is always an exciting time of the year for me because the club will be very active," said Manager Nick Arellano.

RSJ recently completed a pair of open tryouts and a few players were added to the roster. There are still five or six spots up for grabs. Key players from the 2008 squad will be back for 2009.

"We are in a good position as most of last year's squad will be returning. Also, we have identified some new players that will make a strong group even stronger. The task is to put the right mix of players together," said Arellano.

The 2009 NPSL schedule is expected to be announced next week.

RSJ is also starting a chain of youth teams that will compete in various leagues and tournaments. Sign-ups also begin on March 3 starting at 6:00pm at Yerba Buena High School. Players should bring a parent, copy of birth certificate, and $25 to sign-up.
